- Swiss cheese plant Monstera deliciosaThe holes let light and wind through to the leaves below. Fully ripe, the fruit tastes of banana and pineapple.
- Snake plant Dracaena trifasciataBreathes at night. It shuts its pores through the heat of the day and opens them after dark to save water.
- Devil's ivy Epipremnum aureumAlmost never flowers in cultivation. Nearly every pothos alive is a cutting of a cutting of a cutting.

Maon 5, Florentin, Tel Aviv. We have no street front: walk into the courtyard between the buildings, and the glasshouse is under the trees.
