Bookings
A tasting or a ceremony is booked when you have paid and received our confirmation email. A Friday meditation is free to book, and is booked when you receive our confirmation email. A table request is a request until we confirm it by email.
Prices and payment
Prices on this site are in shekels and include VAT. You pay on our payment provider's page; tax invoices and receipts come from its invoicing system, never from this site. Prices and opening hours here are kept current but can change; the price at the table is the price.
Tables
Our staff confirm or decline every table request. We hold your table for 15 minutes after the time you booked. When the bar is busy, the table is yours for up to 2 hours.
Age and wine
Alcohol is served only to people aged 18 and over. We may ask for ID. Bottles can be reserved to take away and are paid for at the bar; we don't sell or deliver wine online.
Gift vouchers
A gift voucher is valid for 60 months (5 years) from the day it was bought, and you can spend it over several visits. A voucher bought online and not used yet can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of buying it; after that it isn't refunded in cash, but stays valid. If you lose the code, write to hamama.maon5@gmail.com and we'll email it to you again.
The courtyard
hamama sits in a residential courtyard. People live twenty metres away. We ask everyone to keep the noise down outside, especially late.
Plants
Plants are sold alive. We will tell you how to keep yours that way, but we cannot guarantee it once it leaves.
