Who pours

Sam pours hot water from a clay kettle into a cup at the bar, by a shelf of records and plants

Sam Shelemy

Sam Shelemy spent ten years brewing in London, five of them at Mei Leaf, and gave a TEDx talk called How to Drink Tea. He came to Tel Aviv to share Gong Fu Cha — tea made slowly, in small pots, over many short steepings. Coffee is on every corner here. This is the other direction.
