Tell us if you cannot come. Nothing is charged.

Gong Fu ceremony

The ceremony is prepaid because it is prepared for you and seating is limited.

Cancel up to 24 hours before the session with the link in your confirmation email, and you get everything back to the card you paid with.
Inside 24 hours there is no refund.

Tea tasting

Booked online, the tasting is paid in advance; if you walk in, you pay here. An online booking follows the ceremony's rule:

Friday meditation

Booking online saves you a seat and costs nothing. On the day you pay by donation; we suggest ₪50. The meditation is for up to 10 people. You can cancel any time, and if you can't come, please do, so someone else can have the seat.

Events

Some events are free with a place booked online; some have a paid ticket. Your confirmation email says which, with the cancellation link.

A free place: cancel any time before the event starts, so someone else can come.
A ticket: cancel up to 24 hours before the event with the link in your confirmation email, and you get everything back to the card you paid with. Inside 24 hours there is no refund.

Gift vouchers

A gift voucher is valid for 60 months (5 years) from the day it was bought. You can spend it over several visits; the balance stays on the code.

Bought online and not used yet: write to hamama.maon5@gmail.com within 14 days of buying it, and you get the full amount back. This is your right under the Consumer Protection Law for purchases made at a distance.
After 14 days a voucher isn't refunded in cash, but it stays valid until it expires.
Lost the code? Write to hamama.maon5@gmail.com and we'll email it to you again.

Private events

From the agreement each event is signed with. A deposit of 50% confirms the date.

You cancel 14 days or more before the event: the deposit is returned in full.
Between 14 and 4 days before: half the deposit is returned.
Less than 4 days before: the deposit is not returned.
Weather is not a reason for a refund: the event takes place in the covered pavilion.
A medical reason, with a doctor's note: we move the event to another date, or return the deposit minus what we have already spent.
Something outside anyone's control (security situation, an order from the authorities): we move the event, or return the deposit minus what we have already spent.

If we cancel

You get everything back, or another date: your choice.
