Privacy
This covers personal information you give hamama through this site.
Who we are
hamama, Maon 5, Florentin, Tel Aviv. Licensed dealer (osek murshe) number 336301049. Write to us at hamama.maon5@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you book a tasting, a ceremony or a table, or ask about a private event: your name, phone number, email address, the booking itself (date, time, number of people), and anything you write in the notes. Nothing else. There is no account and no tracking profile.
Why
To confirm your booking, take payment for it, send you the confirmation and contact you about it. Nothing more, unless you separately ask to hear from us.
Where it goes
- Our booking system. Bookings are stored in our database at Supabase, on servers in Ireland (EU).
- Email. Confirmations are sent through Resend, an email service. When you reply or write to us, your email reaches our Gmail inbox.
- Payments. You pay on our payment provider's own page. We never see or store your card number. Until a card provider is connected to this site, we send you a payment link instead (Bit or a card payment page), and you pay there.
- Invoices. Tax invoices and receipts come from the payment provider's invoicing or from a separate invoicing system, not from this site.
How long we keep it
- Bookings, payments and gift vouchers: 7 years, because Israeli tax and bookkeeping rules require it.
- A private-event enquiry that doesn't become a booking: deleted after 24 months.
- Your consent to marketing: until you withdraw it, with the link in any email or by writing to us. We then stop at once.
If you ask us to delete your details, we delete everything except what those rules require us to keep.
Marketing
We only send you anything beyond your booking if you ticked the box asking us to. That box is separate from the booking and never ticked for you, and we record when you ticked it. You can stop at any time with the link in any email, or by writing to us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to hamama.maon5@gmail.com and we will answer.
